Converting the time
One AM in Cardiff is about 8 PM ET on Friday, December 11, and about 2 AM CET on Saturday, December 12, by our own conversion.
The lesson
A 1 AM ringwalk is a training problem. Bodies perform on schedule, and a fighter whose best energy is in the afternoon has to move his sleep and meals in camp to match it. If you compete in the evening, run your hardest sparring at the same time of day for the last three weeks, and plan the final meal and sleep accordingly.
The fight is on Friday. The fighters will be on Saturday time.
