Light sets the clock Morning sunlight anchors your circadian rhythm — the master clock that governs sleep, hormones and recovery. Ten minutes of early light does more for your sleep that night than any supplement.

Grounding and rhythm - Bare feet on grass or sand — many athletes report a calmer nervous system; at minimum it's time outdoors, unplugged. - A body in rhythm — eat, train and sleep on a consistent daily cadence and recovery improves on its own.
