Food Is Life: Fueling the Fighter as a Living System
Forget diet rules. Fuel the body as a system — for energy, recovery and a weight cut that doesn't wreck you.

A fighter's body is a living system, and food is its primary input. Get fuel right and everything downstream — energy, recovery, focus, the weight cut — gets easier.
Eat for the job in front of you - Hard training days: more carbohydrate to fuel output and refill the tank. - Light or rest days: lean protein, vegetables, healthy fats — recover, don't overfeed. - Protein, always: the raw material your body repairs with.
Clean, not complicated You don't need exotic supplements. You need real food, eaten with intent, timed around training. Whole carbs, quality protein, colourful vegetables, good fats.
Food is life. Fuel the system and the system performs.
The fighters who fall apart in camp are usually under-fuelled, over-restricted, or both. Treat eating as training and the body holds together.
