● For fighters

Your record is the result.Your name is the business.

Tell us where to look. We watch your last ten posts and reply with the first thing we would change — free, whether or not we end up working together.

yourhandle
Instagram, TikTok or YouTube — whichever is your main one.

● The difference

A media house,
not a content vendor.

Purses end. A name compounds. We build the brand around a fighter, run the content engine that keeps it visible between fights, open the partner conversations that pay outside the ring — and publish you across channels we already own.

01

We publish, not just produce

Most studios hand you files. We also run a magazine, a fight desk and the social channels — so the work you pay for has somewhere to land the day it is finished.

02

We know the sport

Rounds, camps, cuts, the walk. Nobody has to explain to us why the weigh-in matters or why a round-by-round read is worth writing.

03

One system, not ten freelancers

Identity, shortform, site, sponsor kit and distribution come from the same two people, in the same house style.

● What we build

Four things, and they only work together.

Your brand

Your brand

The look, the name, the story — decided once, used everywhere.

  • Positioning: who you are in one sentence a promoter can repeat
  • Wordmark, colour, type and a lower-third that is yours
  • Shoot direction: the five setups every fighter needs on file
  • Bio, fight-record card and press one-pager, kept current
Your media engine

Your media engine

Formats that publish every week, not posts when someone remembers.

  • Meet the Fighter, Inside the Gym, Road to Fight Night — adapted to you
  • Camp footage cut into a weekly rhythm: plan Monday, publish Friday
  • Vertical masters for Reels, Shorts and TikTok from one shoot
  • Fight-week build-up and a same-night post-fight cut
Your partners

Your partners

Sponsorship as a conversation you can actually open.

  • A media kit with real numbers — reach, saves, watch-through
  • A rate card: what a logo on the walkout, a post or a camp series costs
  • A target list of brands that already spend in combat sports
  • The outreach itself, and the follow-up nobody likes doing
Your digital

Your digital

Somewhere that is yours, not rented from an algorithm.

  • A fighter site: record, story, sponsors, contact, shop
  • A fighter profile inside BOXING OS, linked from the coverage
  • Merch and ticket links that survive a platform ban
  • Numbers you can read: what grew, what converted, what to drop

● The build

Ninety days from footage to a proposal.

Day 1 – 14

Identity

We sight everything you already have — footage, photos, old posts, sponsor history — and decide the position. Out of it: the wordmark, the colour, the templates and the five-setup shoot list.

  • Positioning in one line
  • Visual kit + templates
  • Shoot list
  • Channel audit
Day 15 – 45

Engine

Three to five formats go live and get tested against real numbers. The weekly rhythm starts: plan Monday, approve Wednesday, publish Friday. Your fighter profile and site go up.

  • 3–5 formats running
  • Weekly publishing rhythm
  • Fighter site + profile
  • First numbers report
Day 46 – 90

Deals

With two months of real data the sponsor conversation stops being a favour and becomes a proposal. Media kit, rate card, target list, outreach — and the content mapped to your next fight date.

  • Media kit with real numbers
  • Rate card
  • Brand target list
  • Roadmap to the next fight

● Where it lands

We don’t just make it.
We publish it.

A studio hands you files and wishes you luck with the algorithm. We run the surfaces too — the magazine, the fight desk, the rankings, the division pages and our own social channels. When we build a fighter, there is somewhere for it to go the same week.

● Where you are now

A prospect and a champion need different things.

Prospect

0–10 fights, building a following from zero.

Identity and one format done properly. Cheap to run, compounding.

Contender

Ranked, fighting on cards people watch.

The full engine plus the partner path — this is where sponsorship money becomes real.

Champion & after

Title holder, or a career to convert.

Brand as an asset: own site, own shop, own audience, deals that outlast the last fight.

Not a fighter? The same engine runs for gyms, promoters and coaches — or start at the Studio.

Let’s build
your name.

Ten short questions, about three minutes. You get a reply from Mert or Igor within 24 hours, with a first take on where to start.

I am a fighter, not a company. Is this for me?
Yes — the athlete track is built for exactly that. You bring the camp, the fights and the story; we bring the identity, the formats, the publishing rhythm and the sponsor conversations. The onboarding asks which stage you are at, because a prospect with ten fights and a champion converting a career need different things.
What do I actually get in the first 90 days?
Can you actually get me sponsors?
Do I need to film anything myself?
What does it cost?
Who owns the work?
Do you only work with boxers?
How do we start?
