🇺🇸 The Baddest Man on the Planet · 1985–2005

Mike Tyson

Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

20

Youngest heavyweight champ (years old)

The most feared man on the planet — peek-a-boo power and fury.

The story

A troubled kid from Brooklyn found Cus D'Amato, and Cus found a heavyweight champion. By 20, Tyson was the youngest to ever hold the title — a 5'10" wrecking ball who terrified men a head taller.

The peek-a-boo style turned his lack of height into a nightmare: head always moving, exploding inside, finishing in seconds. At his peak he didn't just beat opponents — he beat them before the bell with sheer presence.

The philosophy

What Tyson believed.

01

Discipline is doing what you hate like you love it.

02

Defense first: slip in, then make them pay.

03

Every punch carries bad intentions and full hips.

04

Fear is fuel once you learn to aim it.

For your journey

What you should steal.

01

Head off the centerline

Constant subtle head movement makes you impossible to time.

02

Explode on the entry

Close distance in a burst, land the combination, get back out.

03

Bad intentions

Throw every shot to hurt — commit the hips, not just the arm.

Start with your mind and your defense, not your power. Confidence is built in training, not found on fight night.

Turn wisdom into reps

Train it. Don't just read it.

Slip-rope weaving
